About my stay

How should I expect my check–in to be?

First things first, you’ll be greeted by Josue , Amilcar or Ricardo at front desk!

We will check into your reservation (if you have one), and either store your luggage or give you your room key and controls. We’ll ask you to sign paperwork and a deposit of $20 USD (cash only) to be returned to you at check–out.

What’s next will be up to you. Easy as that!

What's the check-in time?

You may check–in as soon as 2:00 p.m.

In case you show up earlier, we can store your luggage in a safe space.

What’s the check–out time?

You may check–out as late as 12:00 p.m.
In case you can’t make it (or need us to), we can store your luggage for 30 minutes. Afterwards, you’ll be charged a $20 USD. fee for late check–out.

Can I get into my room before check–in time?

You can if you really need to get in earlier, and your room is already available and clean. We’d allow you in for a small early check–in fee, based on how earlier you get in.

What’s the best time to show up?

We recommend you to get in town before 2:00 p.m. if you need to cross the border. The current situation has changed the usual CBP schedule.

If you have a reservation, we will guarantee you to hold it until 6:00 p.m. In case we don’t hear from you before, the reservation will be canceled.

We will always look into accommodating you, but past that time, we can’t ensure you that you’ll be able to get the room you want.

Do you have a parking lot?

As our guest, you will have access to our private parking lots, ready to allocate plenty of vehicles. We also have 6 spots reserved for handicapped people.

Both spaces are under our security system. There will be someone watching after your vehicle 24/7.

How safe is Los Algodones?

To ensure your rest, we have a 24/7 security system, available all over the facilities, as well as our two parking lots. In the evenings, you will notice a security guard checking around.

About my extra benefits

Do you have a restaurant?

We do. Our hotel has a restaurant open from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
(We also have the best Margaritas in town).

Do you have a transport service?

We can transport you anywhere you need to inside the Los Algodones town limits for free from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

All you should do is let someone know at front desk and we’ll arrange a vehicle to drive you.

Do you have a swimming pool?

We have an amazing pool. Perfect to hang out with your family or relax alone.

How amazing is your swimming pool?

It is crystal clear, big and designed for relaxation. It’s an award–winning pool (if they gave those here).

How can I pay you?

We accept cash, as well as credit and debit cards.

At this moment, we don’t accept Discover and American Express.

All our prices are in United States Dollars (USD).

Do I need to pay a deposit?

We’ll ask you to sign paperwork and a deposit of $20 USD (cash only) to be returned to you at check–out

I need to leave earlier than expected. Can I get a refund?

We want you to have the best experience on your trip. We also want you to make the best use of your money. So here’s the deal:

If you pay in cash, we’ll refund you every penny of the nights you won’t stay in.

If you pay with a credit or debit card, the best we can do is you give credits for your next stay.
